Best festival experience in the UK. I don't think I will be able to visit another festival without comparing it to how good 2000trees is!
First lesson to learn for newbies is, you don't have to know tonnes of artists on the lineup! This festival is all about discovering your new favourite artist. It's been a month since Trees 2024 and I still have my favourite new artists that I saw, on repeat.
The arena is well organised and the lineup is well thought through with no major clashes. There was always something for me to see or do here. The food vendors are generally very good too, so many vegetarian and vegan options too so very inclusive.
One thing that makes this event so special is the community. The campsite experience was amazing from start to finish, slept great every night, nobody vandalises your tent everyone is so respectful and treats you how they'd want to be treated. I made some great friends at this year's festival and I hope to go again with them in coming years.
The security team are the friendliest team you will ever meet. I forgot the name of the company they outsource them from but every single security member was professional and kind.
The only downsides I would say is that there isn't enough toilets by the main stage. The wait is far too long usually and it is a pain to have to walk to the other side of the arena and use the other toilets and still be out before the main stage toilets. Along with this, there is no signal anywhere so be prepared to have no outside contact for the weekend. I found 1 spot with WiFi but honestly I think it adds to the experience. It's better that we don't spend the entire weekend on our phones! Finally, silent disco king now charge for headphones. I understand the deposit but I don't know why we have to pay for silent discos all of a sudden.
Aside from that, it's so well priced, well ran and it's the gift that keeps on giving. Thank you 2000trees and see you next year

Fantastic festival. Very child friendly. Other than some hills on the approach from the car park, it's an easily accessible location with short walks between stages. Very well organised and staff were great.

Best festival I've ever been to by far. Not just great music but lovely kind atmosphere, felt really safe and welcoming.
They let you take your own alcohol into the festival which significantly cut down queue times to get into the campsite and festival itself, in fact we literally never queued once for these things. Because of this the bars were also never busy and we only queued once for drinks. It was lovely to see people still supporting the festival through buying drinks this way.
The only downside was there were always queues for toilets, a few more toilets would have definitely helped, but they were also always clean and private and I don't think I saw one out of order sign the whole weekend.
I also have to praise the litter pickers and amount of recycling points around the festival, it was by far the cleanest festival I've been to. Even by the third day, you didn't see a speck of rubbish. They handed out bin bags when you entered the campsite and clearly encouraged people to leave the area the same as they'd found it, when you consider the amount of waste at festivals it was a nice change to see.
Will definitely be going back.

Excellent mid-sized metal festival. Have been twice, and already bought next year's ticket. Great atmosphere. Great bands. Great food choices and not stupidly expensive. Importantly, the facilities are clean throughout.

First proper festival I've been to and my only complaint is that they have probably set the bar unreasonably high. An amazing array of acts and the forest stage must be one of the most beautiful places to listen to music and decompress at any festival. Will definitely be back.

Best weekend ever, everything was perfect from line up to organisation and the great food and resonable prices! A big bonus is you can take you own drinks anywhere on the entire site. Will definatly be returning, and a good variety of acts so there's somthing for everyone!

This is my favourite festival. The perfect size, always got amazing bands and food. I've been for the last 2 years and booked my ticket for next year the week after Trees 2018. Really good value for a 3 day festival!

Had a great time at this festival July 2018. Such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Despite thousands of people and the massive cross section of people 'types' it never felt threatening or unsafe in the slightest. Love the fact you can take your own food and drink anywhere on the site, made it much more affordable for us, though the food and drink on offer was delicious and plentiful (if a tad on the pricey side as you'd expect with any event like this). The bands were generally very good, sound quality and lighting was excellent for an outdoor setting. We especially loved the silent disco that started at midnight Friday and Saturday and ended around 3am - AM-AZ-ZING! Thousands of people wearing headphones listening to one of three completely different types of music, it was a sight to behold! Take the headphones off and you had a hilarious mishmash of loud, shouty, out of key (but enthusiastic) a capella singing! The trolley we brought to transport our stuff from the car to the tent was invaluable as it was a good 20 minute multi-terrain walk, and it still took two trips! Definitely think about wheeled luggage carriers if you are considering camping. We've already booked for next year, can't wait to go back!!

Friendly music festival with plenty of activities for kids. Superb eclectic line up, great food and drink on offer, but with the opportunity to take your own. A very well run event.
